Measuring a generous 520mm x 450mm, the board features a spiked pad at its centre that grips the joint and holds it firmly in place while you carve. No more chasing the meat around the board — just steady, confident slices every time.

Juice grooves lead from the centre pad out to deep channels running around the edge of the board, catching and containing every drop of resting juices to keep your table clean.

Corner buffers on the base keep the board raised and steady, allow air to circulate underneath after washing, and protect your worktop and table.

Two-sided personalisation. Choose what's engraved on the front — a family name, a surname and established date, a greeting. Then, on the reverse, add a private message: a few words from you to them, hidden on the back of the board. The engraving areas are the same on both sides, so the board looks just as good whichever way up it lives.

Care: Hand wash and dry — never dishwasher. Re-oil occasionally with food-grade mineral oil to keep it looking its best for decades.
